ITC DeltaCom calls $32.5 million of 10½% senior secured notes at 103

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 31 - ITC DeltaCom, Inc. will redeem $32.5 million of its 10½% senior secured notes due 2016, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 6 at 103 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following the redemption, $292.3 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

ITC DeltaCom, a wholly owned subsidiary of EarthLink, Inc., is a Huntsville, Ala.-based provider of integrated telecommunications and technology services.
