New Jersey Sports and Exposition calls $10.58 million of 2007 bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 31 - The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority said it would redeem portions of its 2007 sub-series B-1, B-2 and B-3 state contract bonds on March 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $3,525,000 of $49.85 million outstanding of 5.976% B-1 bonds due March 1, 2024;

• $3,525,000 of $49,675,000 outstanding of 5.976% B-2 bonds due March 1, 2024; and

• $3,525,000 of $49,775,000 outstanding of 5.976% B-3 bonds due March 1, 2024.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Based in East Rutherford, N.J., the authority constructs and operates racing, sports, entertainment and convention venues.
