Missouri calls $3 million of Washington University revenue bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 31 - Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri called $3 million of its Washington University educational facilities revenue bonds, series 2004A and 2004B, according to two separate news releases.

The authority will redeem $1.15 million of its series 2004A bonds at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15. Following the transaction, $43 million of the notes, which are due Feb. 15, 2034, will remain.

The authority will also redeem $1.15 million of its series 2004B bonds at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15. Following the transaction, $43 million of the notes, which are due Feb. 15, 2034, will remain.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
