Puerto Rico Government Development Bank calls $288.61 million of notes

Minneapolis, Jan. 30 - Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico called $288,608,000 of its 2009 series C and series D senior notes and 2010 series C notes, according to two press releases.

The bank will redeem $41.6 million of 4.1% 2009 series C notes and $34,601,000 of 4.1% 2009 series D notes on March 1. The 2009 notes, which are due Feb. 1, 2013, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

The bank will redeem $212,407,000 of 4.25% 2010 series C notes on Feb. 21. The notes, which are due Aug. 1, 2014, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.
