Massachusetts defeases $10.37 million of Partners HealthCare bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 23 - Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority defeased $10.37 million of its Partners HealthCare System issue, series E, according to a news release.

The following 5% bonds will be redeemed on July 1, 2013:

• $1,085,000 of bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $1.14 million of bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $1,195,000 of bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $1.26 million of bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $1.32 million of bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $1,385,000 of bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $1,455,000 of bonds due July 1, 2022; and

• $1.53 million of bonds due July 1, 2023.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the refunded bond trustee.
