Wisconsin Health and Education calls $207.36 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 17 - Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority called $207.36 million of various bonds, according to four press releases.

The authority will redeem $1,715,000 of its Marshfield Clinic series 2006B adjustable rate put option revenue bonds on Feb. 15. The bonds, which are due Jan. 15, 2036, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

Wisconsin Health will also redeem $1,305,000 of its Marshfield series 1999 revenue bonds on Feb. 15. The 6.25% bonds, which are due Feb. 15, 2018, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

The authority called $975,000 of its ProHealth Care Inc. Obligated Group series 2008B adjustable-rate revenue bonds to be redeemed on Feb. 1. The bonds, which are due Feb. 1, 2034, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

The authority also plans to redeem $203,365,000 of its Wheaton Franciscan Services Inc. series 2002 system revenue and refunding bonds on Feb. 15. The 5.75% to 6.25% bonds, which are due 2012 to 2016, 2022, 2025 and 2030, will be redeemed at 101 plus applicable premium.

U.S. Bank NA is the agent for the Marshfield and ProHealth Care bonds. The Bank of New York Mellon, Trust Co., NA is the agent for the Wheaton bonds.
