San Antonio Electric & Gas calls $153.97 million of 1992, 2002 bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 5 - The City of San Antonio Electric and Gas Systems said it would redeem portions of its series 1992 revenue bonds and series 2002 revenue and refunding bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed on Feb. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The affected bonds include $23.88 million of 5% series 1992 bonds due Feb. 1, 2017.

The following series 2002 bonds are affected:

• $14.7 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2016;

• $14,635,000 of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2017;

• $24.14 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;

• $37,305,000 of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2019; and

• $39.31 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2020.
