Kentucky calls $145.51 million project 74 property and building bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 4 - Commonwealth of Kentucky called $145.51 million of its Property and Building Commission revenue and refunding bonds, project 74, according to a news release.
The city will redeem the following bonds at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 1:
• $3,895,000 of its 4.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2012;
• $10,925,000 of its 5.375% bonds due Aug. 1, 2012;
• $1,235,000 of its 4.6% bonds due Feb. 1, 2013;
• $11.22 million of its 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2013;
• $280,000 of its 4.75% bonds due Feb. 1, 2015;
• $9.9 million of its 5.375% notes due Feb. 1, 2014;
• $10.96 million of its 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2015;
• $405,000 of its 4.85% bonds due Feb. 1, 2016;
• $11,435,000 of its 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2016;
• $1,815,000 of its 4.9% bonds due Feb. 1, 2017;
• $10.66 million of its 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2017;
• $970,000 of its 4.95% bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;
• $12,165,000 of its 5.375% bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;
• $13.84 million of its 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2019;
• $14.53 million of its 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2020;
• $15,255,000 of its 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2021;
• $7.84 million of its 5.15% bonds due Feb. 1, 2022; and
• $8.18 million of its 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2022.
