Miami calls $102.31 million of series 2002 Homeland Defense tax bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 3 - The City of Miami called $102,305,000 of its Homeland Defense/Neighborhood Capital Improvement limited ad valorem tax bonds, series 2002, according to an annoucement.
The following bonds were redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1:
• $9,495,000 of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2016;
• $12,325,000 of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2017;
• $13.11 million of its 5.25% bonds due Jan. 1, 2018;
• $15.22 million of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2019;
• $15,765,000 of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2020;
• $17,175,000 of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2021;
• $10 million of its 5.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2022; and
• $9,215,000 of its 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2022.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
