BlackRock announces redemption of preferred shares from three funds

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 30 - Three BlackRock Advisors Funds plan to redeem portions of auction market preferred stock in January, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund II, Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding $36,425,000 of series B-28 shares on Jan. 23.

The BlackRock MuniVest Fund, Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding $36.5 million of series C-28 shares on Jan. 23.

The BlackRock MuniVest Fund II, Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding $36 million of series B-28 shares on Jan. 19.

The liquidation price is $25,000 per share.
