New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank defeases $44.26 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 28 - New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank defeased $44.26 million of its 2003 series C and F and 2004 series B bonds, according to a 15c2-12 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bank will redeem $4,165,000 of its series C bonds on Aug. 15, 2013, $13.99 million of its series F bonds on Jan. 15, 2014 and $26,105,000 of its series B bonds on Aug. 15, 2014.

The bonds will be redeemed at par.

The bank is in Concord, N.H.
