Salem, N.J., Pollution Control PSE&G bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., Sept. 30 - The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Salem County, N.J., said its $164 million Public Service Electric and Gas Co. pollution control revenue refunding bonds, 2003 series A, 2003 series B-1 and 2003 series B-2, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Nov. 1.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the purchase date.

The mandatory tender is due to conversion of the bonds' interest rate mode to a weekly rate.

U.S. Bank NA is the registrar and trustee.

The energy services company is based in Newark, N.J.
