Johnson City, Tenn., health board calls Mountain States Health bonds

Madison, Wis., Sept. 21 - The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the City of Johnson City, Tenn., said that it will redeem its series 2007B-1 and 2007B-3 Mountain States Health Alliance hospital revenue bonds on Oct. 19.

Affected are $141.305 million of 2007B-1 bonds due July 1, 2033 and $26.065 million of 2007B-3 bonds due July 1, 2033.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and agent.

Mountain States Health Alliance is a hospital system based in Johnson City, Tenn., that serves 29 counties in eastern Tennessee, southwestern Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina.
