Omnicare to redeem all $100 million of 6 7/8% senior notes due 2015

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 19 - Omnicare, Inc. said it will redeem all $100 million of its remaining 6 7/8% senior subordinated notes due Dec. 15, 2015, according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 17 at a redemption price of 103.438 plus interest in the amount of $23.29861111 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, resulting in a payment of $1,057.67861111 per $1,000 principal amount of notes redeemed.

Omnicare is a Covington, Ky.-based pharmaceutical services company.
