Chicago's O'Hare Airport series 1994B, C bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., Sept. 6 - City of Chicago said that its Chicago O'Hare International Airport second-lien revenue bonds, series 1994B and 1994C, will be subject to mandatory purchase on Oct. 3 at par plus accrued interest.

The mandatory purchase is due to expiration of the bonds' current Societe Generale letter of credit. The letter of credit was due to expire Oct. 1, 2011 and has been extended to Oct. 31, 2011.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
