Brooklands calls €134 million of class A1, A2, B and C floaters

San Diego, Sept. 6 - Brooklands Euro Referenced Linked Notes 2005-1 Ltd. said that it will partially redeem €134 million of notes from four series on Sept. 22, according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

Affected are the following securities:

• €50 million of class A1 floating-rate notes due 2075 (ISIN: XS0226765807);

• €50 million of class A2 floating-rate notes due 2075 (ISIN: XS0226770559);

• €19 million of class B floating-rate notes due 2075 (ISIN: XS0226771102); and

• €15 million of class C floating-rate notes due 2075 (ISIN: XS0226776911).

HSBC Trustee (C.I.) Ltd. is the trustee.

BNP Paribas is the manager for the Cayman Islands exempted company.
