Rhode Island calls $53.75 million Brown University revenue bonds

San Diego, Sept. 2 - Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corp. said it will redeem all $53.75 million of its series B Brown University issue higher education facilities revenue bonds due Sept. 1, 2032 on Oct. 3.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Global Corporate Trust is the redemption agent.

The Providence, R.I.-based corporation helps educational and health institutions gain access to capital. The university is also located in Providence, R.I.
