Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to prepay portions of 2000A, B COPs

Madison, Wis., Sept. 2 - Orange County Sanitation District of California said it will prepay portions of its series 2000-A and 2000-B refunding certificates of participation at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 3.

The district plans to prepay $42.4 million of $85.1 million outstanding 2000-A certificates and $47.4 million of $96.6 million outstanding 2000-B certificates.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
