Indiana Finance's 2005A stadium project bonds have mandatory tender

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Sept. 2 - Indiana Finance Authority gave notice that its series 2005A stadium project lease appropriation bonds, including its $70 million of outstanding 2005A-2 variable-rate demand bonds and $80 million of outstanding 2005A-3 variable-rate demand bonds, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Sept. 16.

The mandatory tender is due to a change in the bonds' current interest rate mode from the weekly mode to the Sifma index floating-rate mode.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
