San Francisco airport commission to redeem $223.37 million of bonds

Madison, Wis., Sept. 1 - The Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco said it will redeem $223.37 million of its San Francisco International Airport second series revenue bonds and second series revenue refunding bonds on Sept. 23.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The commission will redeem the following second series revenue bonds:

• $30.24 million of 5% issue 15A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2025;

• $13.97 million of 4.5% issue 15B (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2025;

• $6.94 million of 5% issue 16A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2029;

• $5.025 million of 4.75% issue 16B (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2029;

• $2.145 million of 4.75% issue 17 (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2029;

• $13.515 million of 5% issue 18A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2029;

• $4.58 million of 4.5% issue 21 (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2026;

• $11.945 million of 4.75% issue 22 (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2023; and

• $17.11 million of 5% issue 23A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2030.

The redemption also includes the following second series revenue refunding bonds:

• $19.825 million of 4.5% issue 20 (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2026;

• $10.585 million of 5.25% issue 27A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2026;

• $35.115 million of 5.25% issue 27A (AMT) bonds due May 1, 2031;

• $32.685 million of variable-rate issue 36D (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2026; and

• $19.69 million of variable-rate issue 37D (non-AMT) bonds due May 1, 2030.
