Ohio defeases some 2004, 2005B water pollution control revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 24 - State of Ohio said it defeased certain of its water pollution control loan fund revenue bonds, series 2004 and 2005B, on Aug. 23.

The affected 2004 bonds include:

• $12.675 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2015;

• $12.18 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $12.175 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $11.855 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $11.855 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2017;

• $11.97 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017; and

• $11.97 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2018.

The defeased 2005B bonds include $10.83 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018 and $11.845 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019.

The defeased 2004 bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2014, and the defeased 2005B bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2015.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
