Contra Costa Water District, Calif., calls $50.4 million revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 24 - Contra Costa Water District of California will redeem $50.395 million of its outstanding series K water revenue refunding bonds on Oct. 1, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $10.015 million of 5.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2012;

• $10.585 million of 5.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2013;

• $11.185 million of 5.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2014;

• $1.305 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2015;

• $1.375 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $1.445 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2017;

• $1.52 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $1.595 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $3.445 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021; and

• $7.925 million of 4.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2027.

The Concord, Calif.-based water district delivers water to residents of central and eastern Contra Costa County near the San Francisco Bay Area.
