Fort Smith, Ark., calls $54.75 million water and sewer bonds

Cleveland, Aug. 19 - The City of Fort Smith of Arkansas said it will redeem its $54.745 million of series 2002A water and sewer refunding and construction revenue bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The bonds affected include:

• $4.31 million of 5.25% bonds due 2012;

• $4.535 million of 5.25% bonds due 2013;

• $4.775 million of 5.25% bonds due2014;

• $5.025 million of 5.25% bonds due 2015;

• $5.285 million of 5.25% bonds due 2016;

• $5.565 million of 5.25% bonds due 2017;

• $5.86 million of 5% bonds due 2018;

• $6.15 million of 5% bonds due 2019; and

• $13.24 million of 5% bonds due 2021.
