Windstream to redeem $350 million 8 5/8% notes due 2016 at 104.313

San Diego, Aug. 19 - Windstream Corp. has issued a call to redeem $350 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes due 2016, according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 19 at a redemption price of $1,043.13 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

The trustee is U.S. Bank NA.

The Little Rock, Ark., company is a communications and technology services provider.
