Massachusetts HEFA calls $12.71 million 5.25%, 5% UMass Memorial bonds

Cleveland, Aug. 11 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it will redeem $2.94 million of its 5.25% and $9.765 million of its 5% series A UMass Memorial issue revenue bonds.

The 5.25% bonds mature on July 1, 2014, and the 5% bonds mature on July 1, 2018.

The bonds will be redeemed on Sept. 9 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.

UMass Memorial is a health care system based in Worcester, Mass. The health and education authority has merged into MassDevelopment, Massachusetts' Boston-based finance and development authority.
