Waterford Gaming to redeem $5.64 million 8 5/8% notes due 2014

Cleveland, Aug. 11 - Waterford Gaming Financial Corp. said it will redeem $5,641,000 of its 8 5/8% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2014.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 15 at 101.522 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services is the redemption agent.

Waterford Gaming is a Waterford, Conn., casino operator.
