Jefferson County, Texas, calls $93.61 million Baptist Hospitals bonds

Madison, Wis., July 15 - Jefferson County Health Facilities Development Corp. of Texas said that it will redeem its $93.61 million of outstanding Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas bonds in full on Aug. 15.

To be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date are the following bonds:

• $20.245 million of 5.2% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021;

• $30 million of 5.4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2031; and

• $43.365 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2041.

Baptist Hospitals is a health care facilities network based in Beaumont, Texas.
