International Coal redeems $200 million 9 1/8% second-priority notes

Cleveland, July 14 - International Coal Group, Inc. said it redeemed its $200 million of 9 1/8% senior secured second-priority notes due April 1, 2018.
The notes were redeemed on July 14 at 125.700159148308 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
International Coal is a Scott Depot, W.Va.-based producer of coal. It was acquired by Arch Coal, Inc., a coal producer based in St. Louis, on June 15.
