Omnicare calls $25 million 6 1/8% senior subordinated notes due 2013

San Diego, July 11 - Omnicare, Inc. issued a call to redeem $25 million of its 6 1/8% senior subordinated notes due June 1, 2013, according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 8 at par plus accrued interest, which equals $1,011.39930556 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

U.S. Bank NA (651 973-5800) is the paying agent.

Omnicare is a Covington, Ky.-based pharmaceutical services company.
