Palm Beach County School Board, Fla., calls $289.45 million COPs

Cleveland, July 5 - The Palm Beach County School Board of Florida said it will redeem its $163.61 million of series 2001B and $125.84 million of series 2001A certificates of participation.

The certificates will be redeemed on Aug. 1 at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The affected series 2001B certificates include:

• $735,000 of 4.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2012;

• $765,000 of 4.6% certificates due Aug. 1, 2013;

• $805,000 of 4.7% certificates due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $840,000 of 4.8% certificates due Aug. 1, 2015;

• $10.35 million of 5.375% certificates due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $13.565 million of 5.375% certificates due Aug. 1, 2017;

• $14.3 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2018;

• $15.015 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $15.76 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2020;

• $16.555 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2021; and

• $74.92 million of 5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2025.

The affected series 2001A certificates include:

• $510,000 of 4.4% certificates due Aug. 1, 2012;

• $535,000of 4.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2013;

• $560,000 of 4.6% certificates due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $580,000 of 4.7% certificates due Aug. 1, 2015;

• $700,000 of 4.9% certificates due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $6.735 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $7.845 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2017;

• $8.275 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2018;

• $1.53 million of 5.1% certificates due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $7.2 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $9.205 million of 5.2% certificates due Aug. 1, 2020;

• $9.68 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2021;

• $10.21 million of 5.5% certificates due Aug. 1, 2022;

• $22.1 million of 5.125% certificates due Aug. 1, 2024; and

• $40.175 million of 5.125% certificates due Aug. 1, 2026.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
