Harris County Health, Texas, redeems portion of Baylor College bonds

Madison, Wis., July 5 - Harris County Health Facilities Development Corp. of Texas said it redeemed $10 million of its outstanding Baylor College of Medicine series 2007B hospital revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2047 on June 30.

Following the redemption, $100 million principal amount of the bonds remains outstanding.

The Houston-based corporation acquires, constructs and finances properties for healthcare purposes. Baylor is a medical school also located in Houston.
