Charlotte, N.C., calls $144.93 million water and sewer system bonds

Cleveland, July 1 - The City of Charlotte, N.C., said it will redeem $114.93 million of its $149 million of series 2001 water and sewer system revenue bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 3 at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redemption includes:

• $2 million of 4.6% bonds due 2012;

• $3.23 million of 5.5% bonds due 2012;

• $5.5 million of 5.5% bonds due 2013;

• $5.805 million 5.5% bonds due 2014;

• $6.125 million of 5.5% bonds due 2015;

• $6.46 million of 5% bonds due 2016;

• $6.78 million of 5.5% bonds due 2017;

• $7.155 million of 5% bonds due 2018;

• $7.515 million of 5% bonds due 2019;

• $7.89 million of 5% bonds due 2020;

• $8.285 million of 5% bonds due 2021; and

• $48.185 million of 5.125% bonds due 2026.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.
