Georgia to redeem $273.19 million outstanding 2006H demand bonds

Madison, Wis., June 24 - The State of Georgia said it will redeem the $273.19 million outstanding principal amount of its $300 million variable-rate demand bonds, series 2006H-1, 2006H-2 and 2006H-3, in full on July 14.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redemption includes the following bonds:

• $91.06 million of 2006H-1 bonds due Dec. 1, 2026;

• $91.06 million of 2006H-2 bonds due Dec. 1, 2026; and

• $91.07 million of 2006H-3 bonds due Dec. 1, 2026.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
