Swedbank completes partial redemption of three series of notes

San Diego, June 22 - Swedbank AB UK redeemed a portion of three series of notes on June 7, according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes that were redeemed included the following:

• $90.5 million of floating-rate notes due May 18, 2017 (ISIN: XS0300645180), leaving $309.5 million of the notes outstanding;

• €19,427,000 of callable subordinated step-up notes due Sept. 27, 2017 (ISIN: XS0322614420), leaving €362,398,000 of the notes outstanding; and

• €8.6 million of floating-rate notes due Nov. 28, 2016 (ISIN: XS0276165346), leaving €127.5 million of the notes outstanding.

The financial services company is based in Stockholm.
