Allied Irish Banks calls remaining principal from 10 series of notes

San Diego, June 20 - Allied Irish Banks, plc has issued a call for the remaining principal amount of 10 series of notes, according to a company news release.

The company said that on June 22 it will redeem the outstanding principal amount of each of the following series of notes at the relevant redemption price per nominal amount of notes, as listed:

• £0.01 per £1,000 principal amount of subordinated callable fixed/floating-rate notes due 2030;

• $0.01 per $1,000 principal amount of dated callable step-up subordinated notes due 2015;

• €0.01 per €1,000 principal amount of 12½% subordinated notes due June 25, 2019;

• $0.01 per $1,000 principal amount of 10¾% subordinated notes due 2017;

• £0.01 per £1,000 principal amount of 11½% subordinated notes due 2022;

• €0.01 per €1,000 principal amount of perpetual subordinated callable step-up notes;

• £0.01 per £1,000 principal amount of perpetual callable step-up subordinated notes;

• €0.01 per €1,000 principal amount of AIB UK I LP's fixed-rate/floating-rate guaranteed non-voting non-cumulative perpetual preferred securities;

• €0.01 per €1,000 principal amount of AIB UK 2 LP's fixed-rate/floating-rate guaranteed non-voting non-cumulative perpetual preferred securities; and

• £0.01 per £1,000 principal amount of AIB UK 3 LP's fixed-rate/floating-rate guaranteed non-voting non-cumulative perpetual preferred securities.

The paying agent is Citibank, NA.
