Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission calls all 2001 registration fee bonds

Madison, Wis., June 15 - Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission said it will redeem all of its outstanding series 2001 registration fee revenue bonds on July 15.

The following bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $1.275 million of 4.45% bonds due July 15, 2012;

• $4.96 million of 5.5% bonds due July 15, 2012;

• $755,000 of 4.5% bonds due July 15, 2013;

• $5.81 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2013;

• $560,000 of 4.6% bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $6.35 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $685,000 of 4.7% bonds due July 15, 2015;

• $6.595 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2015;

• $1.015 million of 4.75% bonds due July 15, 2016;

• $6.65 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2016;

• $8.07 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2017;

• $8.505 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2018;

• $8.965 million of 5.375% bonds due July 15, 2019;

• $9.445 million of 5.05% bonds due July 15, 2020;

• $9.92 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2021;

• $10.42 million of 5.125% bonds due July 15, 2022;

• $10.95 million of 5.125% bonds due July 15, 2023;

• $36.3 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2026;

• $27.325 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2028;

• $46.325 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2031;

• $17.010 million of 5.5% bonds due July 15, 2032;

• $17.945 million of 5.5% bonds due July 15, 2033;

• $170.795 million of 5% bonds due July 15, 2041; and

• $10 million of 5.25% bonds due July 15, 2041.

The Harrisburg, Pa.-based transportation agency is responsible for operating and maintaining Pennsylvania's toll road system.
