Multnomah County, Ore., Hospital Facilities calls some Mirabella bonds

Madison, Wis., June 15 - Hospital Facilities Authority of Multnomah County, Ore., said it will redeem $8.86 million of its $212.165 million Mirabella at South Waterfront Project series 2008A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Oct. 1, 2047.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Portland, Ore.-based authority issues hospital revenue bonds for the construction and improvement of health facilities in Multnomah County, Ore. Mirabella is a retirement community also located in Portland, Ore.
