School Board of Broward County, Fla., calls $52.06 million 2001B COPs

Madison, Wis., June 10 - The School Board of Broward County, Fla., said it will redeem $52.063 million of its series 2001B certificates of participation on July 11.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $9.375 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $9.875 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $10.41 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $10.93 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2021; and

• $11.475 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2022.

The Broward County school district board meets in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
