Wisconsin Building defeases, calls $86.23 million of G.O. bonds

Cleveland, June 8 - The State of Wisconsin Building Commission said it defeased $86.225 million of its general obligation refunding bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed on May 1, 2012 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The bonds affected include:

• $18.28 million of 5.1% series 2001F bonds May 1, 2021;

• $19.21 million of 5.1% series 2001F bonds due May 1, 2022;

• $5.58 million of 5% series 2002A bonds due May 1, 2021;

• $5.86 million of 5% series 2002A bonds due May 1, 2022;

• $10.015 million of 5.1% series 2002C bonds due May 1, 2021;

• $8.01 million of 5.15% series 2002C bonds due May 1, 2022;

• $5.44 million of 5% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2013;

• $5.09 million of 5.375% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2014;

• $5.055 million of 5.375% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $1.24 million of 5.375% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2016;

• $840,000 of 4.75% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2017;

• $830,000 of 5% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2018;

• $505,000 of 5% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2019; and

• $270,000 of 5% 2002 series 1 bonds due May 1, 2020.
