Dasny calls all $134.3 million of series 2001A City University bonds

Madison, Wis., June 1 - The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York gave notice that it will redeem its $134.3 million of outstanding City University System fourth general resolution bonds, series 2001A, in full on July 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $3.88 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2012;

• $4.09 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2013;

• $4.315 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2014;

• $4.555 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $4.805 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $5.07 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $5.35 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $5.64 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $5.95 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $6.28 million of 5.125% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $6.6 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $6.965 million of 5.5% bonds due July 1, 2023; and

• $63.45 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2031; and

• $7.35 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2031.

The New York-based authority is responsible for financing and building facilities for higher education, health care providers, court facilities and certain nonprofit institutions and public agencies. The public university system is also based in New York.
