East Bay Municipal Utility, Calif., calls some 2009 water system bonds

Madison, Wis., May 31 - East Bay Municipal Utility District (63) said it will redeem $2.55 million of its $160.57 million water system subordinated revenue refunding bonds, series 2009A-2, on June 1.

The variable-rate bonds, which are due June 1, 2026, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Oakland, Calif.-based public water agency serves Alameda County and part of Contra Costa County in California.
