Charlotte, N.C., calls portion of 2006B water and sewer system bonds

Madison, Wis., May 27 - City of Charlotte, N.C., said it will redeem $3.91 million of its $300 million series 2006B variable-rate water and sewer system revenue bonds due July 1, 2036.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
