North Central Texas Health to redeem two series of Baylor Health bonds

Madison, Wis., May 18 - North Central Texas Health Facilities Development Corp. said it will redeem its Baylor Health Care System Project hospital revenue bonds, series 2006B and 2006C, in full on June 16.

The variable-rate bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Affected are $75 million of 2006B bonds due Aug. 15, 2030 and $75 million of 2006C bonds due Aug. 15, 2030.

The corporation engages in the development of primary health care equipment and property for Dallas County. Baylor is a Dallas-based health care system affiliated with the Baylor University Medical Center.
