Colorado Educational & Cultural Facilities calls some Nature Conservancy Project bonds

Madison, Wis., May 18 - Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority gave notice that it will redeem its Nature Conservancy Project revenue bonds, series 2003A-TE and 2008A, on July 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Affected are $2.15 million of $96.4 million 2003A-TE bonds due July 1, 2033 and $1.99 million of $86.275 million 2008A bonds due July 1, 2033.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

The authority provides nonprofits access to low-cost capital financing for educational and cultural facilities. The Nature Conservancy is a conservation organization based in Arlington, Va.
