East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., calls $232.06 million 2001 water system bonds

Madison, Wis., May 10 - East Bay Municipal Utility District of California said it will redeem all $232.055 million of its outstanding series 2001 water system subordinated revenue bonds on June 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $1.035 million of 4.6% bonds due June 1, 2013;

• $10.68 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2013;

• $12.325 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2014;

• $12.97 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2015;

• $1.625 million of 4.875% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $5.025 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $7 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $14.36 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2017;

• $15.115 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2018;

• $15.91 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $16.705 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2020;

• $17.54 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2021; and

• $101.765 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2026.
