Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia calls $178.45 million bonds

Cleveland, May 5 - The Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia said it will redeem its $178.445 million of series 1994 variable-rate project one subordinated bonds.

The bonds affected include the following:

• $25 million of bonds due Jan. 1, 2016;

• $25 million of bonds due Jan. 1, 2020;

• $50 million of bonds due Jan. 1, 2022; and

• $78.445 million of bonds due Jan. 1, 2026.

The bonds will be redeemed on May 19 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.
