Houston to redeem $274.13 million 2004C combined utility system bonds

Madison, Wis., April 18 - The City of Houston said it will redeem its combined utility system first-lien revenue refunding bonds, series 2004C-1, 2004C-2A and 2004C-2B, in full on May 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $74.125 million of 5% 2004C-1 bonds due May 15, 2034;

• $100 million of 5% 2004C-2A bonds due May 15, 2034; and

• $100 million of 5% 2004C-2B bonds due May 15, 2034.
