Austin, Texas, calls $79.29 million water and wastewater system bonds

Madison, Wis., April 15 - The City of Austin, Texas, said it will redeem its $79.285 million of water and wastewater system revenue refunding bonds, series 2001AR, on May 15.
The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
To be redeemed are the following bonds:
• $5.47 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2012;
• $5.77 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2013;
• $6.07 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2014;
• $6.465 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2015;
• $6.765 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2016;
• $7.065 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2017;
• $7.56 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2018;
• $7.955 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2019; and
• $26.165 million of 5.25% bonds due May 15, 2022.
