Miami-Dade, Fla., school board calls all $240.42 million 2001A COPs

Madison, Wis., April 1 - Miami-Dade County School Board of Florida gave notice that it will redeem all $111.6 million of outstanding series 2001A, all $127.62 million of outstanding series 2003B and a portion of outstanding series 2001B certificates of participation on May 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at the redemption price plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed at 101 are the following 2001A bonds:

• $3.28 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2012;

• $3.46 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2013;

• $3.65 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2014;

• $3.855 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $500,000 of 5% bonds due May 1, 2016;

• $3.565 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2016;

• $4.285 million of 5.5% bonds due May 1, 2017;

• $4.52 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2018;

• $4.75 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2019;

•$4.985 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2020;

• $5.235 million of 5.125% bonds due May 1, 2021;

• $30.475 million of 5.125% bonds due May 1, 2026; and

• $39.04 million of 5% bonds due May 1, 2031.

To be redeemed at par are the following bonds:

• $1.2 million of $47.75 million of outstanding variable-rate 2001B bonds due May 1, 2031;

• $50.005 million of variable-rate 2003B bonds due May 1, 2030; and

• $77.615 million of variable-rate 2003B bonds due May 1, 2031.
