ChipMOS calls all $2.26 million 3.375% convertibles due 2011

San Diego, March 31 - ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) Ltd. has issued a call to fully redeem its $2.26 million of 3.375% convertible senior notes due 2011, according to a press release.

The redemption will occur on May 3.

The company may redeem all of the notes at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date if at least 90% of the initial principal amount of the notes has been converted, repurchased or redeemed.

ChipMOS, based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, is an independent provider of semiconductor testing and assembly services.
